Marketplace Designer Item Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Important note: 
*Return requests must be initiated within 48hrs of receiving your order for refunds if eligible. All returns initiated after 48hrs are only eligible for store credit refunds.
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
*Some items (such as made-to-order or final sale pieces) are not eligible for return. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Marketplace Designer Item Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and then you can place a new order.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@bare-ish.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Bare-ish Bra Alternative Products – Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds for the bra-alternative products. Once an order has been placed, we cannot issue any refunds.

Due to the nature of the products, hygiene, and health regulations, all our bra alternative products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any bra alternative purchases. 


Exchanges: If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or for any reason you have received a wrong order, we will agree to exchange for another product of equal value or to provide a store credit if the product is out of stock. Products will not be accepted for exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn, opened, cut, or if the packaging is damaged. All products must still be in their original packaging, all seals unbroken and products unused. All Bare-ish products undergo a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best.

Customers that are allowed to exchange products will be responsible for all shipping fees, handling costs and money transfer fees therefore we suggest sending them through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. All products must remain in their original packaging and any exchanges are to be made within 7 days from receiving your order. 
Before any exchanges can be made Bare-ish must receive the product initially purchased. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
